WhereBridesGo.com Return Policy

All WhereBridesGo.com merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you.

When you receive your order, please open it right away and check all items received.

If something is defective, damaged, or just not what you expected, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We accept returns of non-personalized items for a full refund, less shipping. We also accept returns of personalized merchandise for store credit, less shipping.

We all make mistakes every now and then, so if you made an error on personalization of an item during checkout, let us know within 15 days of delivery of your merchandise and we will be happy to replace it at HALF the original cost.

 

Returning an item is as easy as 1-2-3

1) Request a Return Authorization Number by contacting us at 877-842-8236 or sending email to service@wherebridesgo.com. This enables us to properly credit your account or issue store credit.

2) Ship your return to:

3) Please include the following:

  • Your name and address
  • Telephone number
  • A copy of your WhereBridesGo.com invoice
  • Your return authorization number
  • Reason for the return
